Research background: The employment rate of young individuals in the labour market has considerably decreased developed countries recently. Due to lower capital, skills, and generic job-specific work experience, youth consider finding suitable job challenging. If they fail succeed soon after graduation, it leads long-term unemployment, unstable low-quality jobs, even social exclusion.
